Sindh Minister for Information & Archives and Labour Saeed Ghani has said that it was one of the priorities of the Sindh government to resolve the issues being faced by media and advertising associations. Saeed Ghani said the government had already initiated steps to make the process of issuance of advertisements to media in a transparent manner.

The minister said the Sindh government would do its utmost to strengthen the cooperation between the media houses and the advertising associations. He said this while talking to a delegation of Pakistan Advertising Associations led by its Chairman Ali Mandwiwala on Friday.

Saeed Ghani told the delegation that the Sindh government had started paying dues to media houses as well as advertising agencies. The Minister said that the advertising associations should also play their role in ensuring transparency. Vice Chairman PPA Nauman Ahmed Nabi, members of governing body Mehmood Parekh, Waqar Hyderi and Chairman Zone A Zeeshan Khan were also present during the meeting. The delegation of Pakistan Advertising Association vowed its full cooperation to Minister Information.
